Industry Partner Energy & Environmental technologies Ger is well known in the energy and engineering sectors in Europe from his successful track record as CEO of NEM BV, an operating company of Hollandsche Beton Groep NV. ( HBG ) / BAM Group N.V. NEM provided engineering services in the field of energy and environmental projects. In 2001 the volume of sales was approximately 500 million euros and the number of employees around 1000. In 2005, Ger led successful turnaround of the Energy Division of CMI active in designing equipment for power and for environmental plants across Benelux and France. In 2007 the volume of sales had grown to about 300 million euros and the number of employees to around 350. Ger is currently serves as non-executive chairman to Dutch Rainmaker for Icos Capital and delivers regular and extensive value addition to energy and water technology related portfolio at Icos Capital. Ger graduated from TU Delft with MSc in Mechanical Engineering and specialization in Energy Technology. He is fluent in German, Dutch and English. |
